What did you change? “Something” is pretty vague.

Can you revert your change?

I changed the option of creating groups to off. That is all

Did you turn ALL groups off? That would do it.

Go in through FTP and rename the BP Group Extension folder.

That should get you back in.

Make sure groups are enabled, and then you can re-name the folder.
