Help – my site is down!

Hi there
Please could you help? My website cavernofcraftiness.com is going down several times a day the morning seems to be the worst time (I received around 20 email alerts yesterday saying it’s down) and this has been happening for the last few weeks only now it is increasing in frequency rapidly sometimes for 4mins sometimes for over an hour at a time. I configured jetpack monitoring to keep an eye on this and it seems to be getting worse every day. Jet pack said to contact my host (one.com) which I did and they have said there are no issues from their side and that I should contact wordpress, so here I am!! This is really effecting our site and is reducing the number of visitors as it just doesn’t load it’s also making difficult to access the site. I have only very basic knowledge of websites any help would be greatly appreciated please?
