Help, my sites down after loading fAlbum.

what version of WordPress are you using? do you have access to phpMyAdmin? where did you download fAlbum and what version of the plugin did you install?

in the meantime, send a support ticket to Bluehost so they can investigate also.

I’m running WordPress 2.0. I do have access to phpMyAdmin. I downloaded fAlbum 0.6.4 from https://www.randombyte.net/blog/projects/falbum/

using phpMyAdmin, have you tried deleting the falbum_options row on your WordPress database?

i think i could be an .htaccess problem also.

I did delete the f_album cache row in the database. How do I access the .htaccess file. Sorry, I’m a print designer by trade.

I figured out where the .htacces file was and took out the falbum info and reloaded it. Do I have to make the rewritable now?

I got same problem. I change FAblum’s root url in option page. Therefore, every page of my blog is 500 error. So glad I found solution here. Thank you all.
