Help – my website goes in between mobile and desktop on devices

I recently installed WPtouch and have a problem. My website goes in between WPtouch mobile and the previous version on devices. I’ve followed all instructions, including optimizing for caching plugins (we use WP super cache) https://www.wptouch.com/support/knowledgebase/optimizing-caching-plugins-for-mobile-use/
I’m still experiencing the issue but when I check on Google’s Mobile Test site it only shows the WPtouch mobile version on all pages. The inconsistencies seem to be between pages that have page blocks (these show the WPtouch mobile site) and pages that don’t (these show up as our previous version). My main concern, aside from Google, is the lack of consistency experienced by site visitors.
