?I am looking to add wp job manager to our site. Is it appropriate for 1000’s of jobs? Can human resource people send lists of jobs to upload? How could they manage a big list of their jobs listings…if they have changes, is it best to delete all their ads and then upload a new list?
We run a niche industry website and looking at offering free listings to our site, with options to upsell based on upgrades to individual listings or mass listings…is wp job manager able to do this too?
    Appreciate your help.

  • Yes, it is appropriate for thousands of jobs. I think jobs can be uploaded via WP All Import (but would need to be verified by others). Not sure about the best way of managing multiple listings–deleting and uploading or uploading just changes (if a feature that WP All Import supports for WP Job Manager posts) could be the way, but would need to be tested.

WP Job Manager can offer free listings, and paid listings can be made via their premium plugins (namely, WP Paid Listings, which uses WooCommerce), but upsells of already posted job listings aren’t an option without customization, currently.

    Hi @sdreesen

As @hastibe mentioned, you can use WP Job Manager with thousands of jobs without issue. You would need to use the WP All Import plugin to import jobs. We have a tutorial for that at:

The paid upsell portion would likely need some custom development work. Can you explain more about what you are trying to achieve? With that, we can try to point you in the right direction.
