Help needed: all my texts are in bold

    Hello everyone,

    I have a problem on my site that I can’t solve.

    All texts appear in bold.

    Using my editor (Flatsome Theme), I had pasted a piece of code in the top bar to encourage visitors to sign up for the newsletter.

    I remember that I had chosen the bold option.

    I guess the problem might be linked to this manipulation.

    I’ve now removed the code, but all the texts are still bold.

    Do you have any suggestions?

  • The reason for this is that the font Montserrat is incorrectly integrated. Although the necessary lines are stored in your custom CSS, they all point to the identical font file, which is simply called “font”. And this obviously contains the bold font of the font.

    To delete this, you would have to re-integrate the font and make sure to specify individual files for each font variant.

    I don’t understand how this is possible when I have never modified a line of code.

    Unfortunately, I can’t judge that. In the output of your website, the problematic code is in the section for the custom CSS. I therefore assumed that you had inserted it there. If it wasn’t you, then perhaps someone who is helping you with your project or a plugin you are using (which I can’t recognise).

    No this was not the case. Many users have been posting about this problem recent days. And havent got any solution yet for it.
