Help needed – Looking for an image/video upload plugin

Hi all,

Im looking for a plugin to extend my blogs usability with it’s users. I want to allow people to upload images/videos (images at least) to my blog either as a new post (if possible) or to a directory where I can use them to make the posts..

Firstly, is this possible and safe? And secondly does anyone know of a plugin that already exists to do this?

Would be handy to have form fields so they can enter, date, place, any other information aswell?
