help needed please strange page layout on browser

  • Hi could someone please help me out I have been using wordpress for just over 3 weeks now. I think I am doing ok for a beginner and someone who has never built a site before, but I seem to be having issues with the pages in different web browsers, when my site is viewed on some other computers that my friends have the page layout seems to go strange and leaves a big blank space on some of the pages, not all pages do this but you have to scroll down to find the text. I was wondering if some one could check out my site and give me some pointers. I have tried to look through the forums for the answer to this question. any help or advice with anything would be much appreciated. thank you in advance anyone who can shed any light on this issue,

  • If they complain about layout – first thing to do: validate:

    “some computers” and “different browsers” is not a precise technical desciption. Nor is reference to what “friends” see.

    Browser name and version, OS and other useful data may be helpful.

    I look at the site in FF, I don’t see anything special, so I have no idea what kind of help to offer.
