Help Needed to create 2 Top menu bars

  • Hi all and hi Andrew Nevins (@anevins),

    I am using the latest twenty seventeen wordpress theme. I want to have 2 menus, one primary and the other secondary both placed at the top. I do not need a sidebar menu. I also need for both to be responsive for mobile and other devices. How can I created a second menu bar and place it at the top of the page and on top of the header image?

    Hi, I saw and read your first thread about this. The reason I didn’t respond was because it sounded like a lot of work. It still sounds like a lot of work.
