Help needed to locate and delete a catagory in nav bar

  • Hi I am not quite up on the proper terminology so I’ll described this best I can. On my navigation bar under my header I have a catagory that is getting a 404 error but I cannot find it anywhere to delete it.

    I am now using Thesis 18 but started off with v16 the upgraded to v17 and so on. I probably created in when I was using v16. How do I find where it is and how do I delete it?
    Any help would be greatlt appreciated.
