Please forgive the response delay. I do plugin design, and the requisite support, as a hobby alongside my normal job, and my going to school for an engineering degree. I attempt to address support requests on a first come, first serve basis. It usually takes at least 24 hours for a response, sometimes as much several weeks if several requests are present, as there are at the moment.

It seems you’ve found another solution. If you’re still interested in making this plugin work, I will need some additional information. Much of it I would have been able to get from the link you supplied, but your uninstalling the plugin, and not having an inserted shortcode prevents this. To quote the most important pieces of information, not yet provided, that I’ll need are quoted from the Support Request Notes below:
- Does a simple shortcode work? Add a new shortcode that is very simple, and try that instead. For example, just write “ad blocker found” in the Ad Blocker Detected content box, and “no adblocker found” in the other, and include whether that one works or not.
- The contents of the Ad Blocking Detection Results box on Report a Problem tab. Make sure your ad blocker is enabled, then refresh the page before collecting the contents to ensure accuracy.
- A screenshot of the offending shortcode’s section in the Manage Shortcodes tab. Specifically, I’m looking for the content in the fields, but copying and pasting that can be problematic, so a screenshot is usually simpler. This screenshot can be a link to an uploaded copy of the image, or it can be attached to an email.
If you are interested in getting this plugin to function on your site, please either set up another sample of it not working, like before. Or, install the plugin and provide the information requested above. I will then be able to help further.
