Help on infinitewp

I’m using my localhost to test out infinitewp and have been able to install and view its dashboard. The question is about the second, third, fourth site:

1) Does each site must have it’s own WP installation and infinitewp plugin? This is quite clear.
2) What would the url be on the localhost if the second site is call orange: localhost:1234/wordpress/orange?
