pages on my site will not load, error messages received

  • Hi All,

    I moved my site from wordpress.com to www.ads-software.com. It was working fine then all of a sudden 3 of my pages will not load and viewers see the following message:

    Bad Request
    Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand.
    Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

    I have no idea where to start and after reading many forum posts am utterly lost. I am new and could use guidance please! Thank you for any support.

  • Have you spoken to your hosts about this? what you are experiencing is a server error, after all – not a WordPress one.

    I did not realize that. I am not out of space but I will call my host now and let you know what they say.
