Help – all of my pages have suddenly disappeared in that I cannot see them on the site (the navigation menu has gone as there are no pages), in admin it says no pages although at the top it says All (135) so it thinks they are there but it doesn’t show them.

I had just (for the first time) created a custom post type and custom taxonomies, created my first custom post and added a single-post.php into my templates folder when I noticed this issue – I’ve since deleted the single-post.php file.

When I created this first custom post I thought it was a little odd when I went to add an image (I have hundreds), but the image gallery showed empty! It was almost as though since I created this new custom post type I can’t see half my resources!

Can anyone offer any advice here? URL is tonystoyle.co.uk/radleyvillage

    Thanks in advance.

    Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

Phew thanks esmi – it was seemingly a conflict between 2 plugins. I have deactivated one and they are all back now – panic over. Thanks a million.
