Help placing Image above fORM -NSFW-

Hi, I’ve never had a problem like this before but I have this page I’ve made that I’m using as my Registration page. I am using the Restricted Site Access plugin and it has a custom form to register, However…I am wanting to place an Image ABOVE the form…Should be simple however It will ONLY place the image BELOW the form and it seems to not matter where I place it or how…

Anyone able to help me fix this? Thank you!
