Help! (Please)

  • After setting up my blog ‘Worldly Happenings’ at https://sec-world.info I decided to change the appearance and made a mistake in downloading the ‘Theme’. I downloaded the theme in zip form onto my desktop and then accidently uploaded it into WordPress Addons. Now I have a mess and my computer knowledge is classified between non-existent and novice. If someone could give me a glimmer of hope to fix this mess, I would be most appreciative. If you could send any suggestions to: [email protected] it would be fantastic. Thanking You in advance…

    Robert,

    Download that ZIP archive to your PC and get a list of all the files and directories in it. Then look int your blog’s wp-content/plugins directory and see if you can find the directory and files.

    If you do locate it, backup your WordPress files (all of them) and then move or delete that ‘Theme’. If you break something then just restore the file backup and try again.
