HELP PLEASE!!

  • I just started up my first webpage. I was following some directions from someone I know and installed some plug-ins and worked some settings.. Now even when I type in my url followed by “/wp-admin” I still cannot get to my loggin page!! I’m stuf on my “Under Construction” front page…

    Please help!

  • Try:
    – switching to the Twenty Eleven theme by renaming your current theme’s folder in wp-content/themes and adding “-old” to the end of the folder name using FTP or whatever file management application your host provides.

    – resetting the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin.

    Ya I am still on the Twenty Eleven Theme. My problem is I cannot get access to my dashboard. I’m locked out right now! Even when I type in my “URL/wp-admin” I cannot get to my WordPress loggin page. Just to the “Under Construction” page I set up for the general public while I am working on the site itself..

    Hah, well I had full access when I first purchased my domain name. From my Cpanel I used Fantastico to install WordPress. Then I began working on it. The next morning I went to log in and I cannot get to my WordPress log in page. I am sooooo confused..

    Resetting the plugins folder does not require you to login to your WordPress Admin area.
