Help Please

    I followed the “read me” file to setting up WordPress, when i go onto my sites “install.php” i get the errors
    “Warning: file_exists() [function.file-exists]: open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/www/99k.org/a/w/5/aw555000/wp-config.php) is not within the allowed path(s): (VIRTUAL_DOCUMENT_ROOT) in /www/99k.org/a/w/5/aw555000/htdocs/wp-load.php on line 31”
    and
    “Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp_check_php_mysql_versions() in /www/99k.org/a/w/5/aw555000/htdocs/wp-load.php on line 49”

    Can anyone help me fix this please?
