Help Please followed advice on forum and now this error

I was researching the forum on how to remove a HEUR:Trojan.Generic.Script from WordPress Installation and followed this advice.

Delete the the wp-admin file
Delete the the wp-includes file
Delete everything in the root directory except the wp-config file.

Re-upload the new wp-admin file
Re-upload the new wp-includes file
Re-upload the new root files.

I now get this error when going to the site:

Warning: require(/home/content/54/8094354/html/wp-includes/load.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/content/54/8094354/html/wp-settings.php on line 21

Fatal error: require(): Failed opening required ‘/home/content/54/8094354/html/wp-includes/load.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/local/php5_4/lib/php’) in /home/content/54/8094354/html/wp-settings.php on line 21

I figured it out. I had uploaded the wp-includes directory into one of the other directories by accident. After I found that error it corrected everything and getting the proper htaccess file back restored.
