2.7 beta – My RSS Feed Not Working

I’m not able to figure out what is preventing my rss feeds from working.
I installed 2.7 out of the box, and used a clean new database.

I ugraded tonight to – 2.7-almost-rc-9965
I ran the previous install as well and couldn’t get my rss feed working. my stat press feed is also showing the issue.

I’d appreciate assistance in resolving this problem since this is an issue that must be important to the developers.
