Help please! What's wrong with this one?

Hi, I have a problem. I installed a theme called fashionable which is supposed to look like this: https://demo.themesbell.com/fashionable/

BUT it looks like this one my site: https://wwwx.maudhomme.cz/

Is there any problem with the compatibility? The theme was updated on June of 2010… ??

Help me please if you may know where the problem is.
