Help Please with ERROR: Nothing found. Apologies, but no entries were found.

  • I know it installed correctly, and it does appear on my comment pages. but every time I select/upload an image to a comment, I get this error:

    Nothing found.
    Apologies, but no entries were found.

    Am I missing a setting or something? I tried almost every possibility in the Discussion settings where Comment Attachment settings are.
