Help …….Pleeeeze

  • Could someone help, please. I’m having trouble opening any of the files in WordPress. When I try to open a file, it goes to a Print Shop screen and I get the error message: “Unable to read file. File type not supported.” Do I need the Print Shop software for WordPress to work?

  • print shop wont open php files. you need a plain text editor or something.

    Click on control panel, click on Programs, under the Default Programs click on “Make file type always open in a specific program”, scroll down and click on PHP, click on Change Program. If you don’t see the program you want to use there, click on the little down arrow. You should find one on that list to use.

    You want just a text editor.
