Plugin downed site

My website https://www.young-perspective.net was working fine and then I installed a plugin and it broke…

I was trying to install a plugin to display adverts (jpg files linked) in the sidebar of the web page and the plugin “pixtulate” caused it to simply not work. Obviously, to resolve this I need to install the plugin, however, I can’t get access to /wpadmin to do that because the site is down.

I am using GoDaddy as my host and they auto set everything up at the beginning and so I have to experience (or idea how to access) FTP or anything like that.

I need urgent help with this and your assistance will be greatly appreciated.
