    I’m sorry, we cannot help you with commercial theme issues. We know nothing about them and cannot legally access source code. You need to ask your question through the theme forest support structure. Try starting here.

    What about if I give u access to my own dashboard so u can view the source from there

    That might work if the theme code is not hopelessly obfuscated and I was willing. Unfortunately, I must refuse. I know absolutely nothing of the theme or the plugin. It would take some study just to understand what’s going on, with no assurance I would even be able to identify the problem.

    You shouldn’t be so willing to grant access to anyone you encounter on the Internet. You don’t know me. I could be a sleaze ball and install a backdoor through which I could hijack you server. Or I could be a total bone head and just make a mess of your site. Maybe you’ve checked me out and decided I’m OK. That’s good, I just want to be sure you are being careful.

    I regret not being able to help you. I hope you’re able to resolve your problem. Be careful out there!
