[HELP] Plugin missing after updating (WP 3.3.2 or installing Buddypress?)

  • this morning, i updating my WP to 3.3.2, and it run smooth no problemo.
    after that, i try to installing buddypress and then my website totally weird…
    all existing plugin has missing. I forgot what the information. and beside that, i forgot to make a backup.
    i access my cpanel, and found all plugin still exist, but missing in plugin menu.
    how to revive all the plugins?

    im sorry for this dumb question. thanks for you attention and answer.

    this is what im doing yesterday…
    just reinstall all the plugins, some need reconfig, some like totally new.
    so hard to do, coz i have more than 20 plugins.
    hope my experience will help you too.
    oh yeah and my probs caused by buddypress plugin.
