HELP! Pop up video sounds keeps playing without video

    I am using the pop up maker on my home page only. I have it so a youtube video pops up automatically on the first initial view of the homepage. But then, if you refresh the page, or navigate to another page on the site, and then back to the homepage, the sound from the video starts playing without the video, and there is no way to exit out of it. I only want the video to show up on the viewers first time on the homepage, and then stop completely. I believe this has to do with the cookies ? Right now, on the video settings I have the “Enable Auto Open Popups” checked, and a cookie trigger “On Open”, the use cookie session is enabled, and the sitewide cookie is enabled.

    Please help ! this is for a client and now I can’t get the video’s sound to stop playing !
