HELP —> Post Showing Up on every page of my website

Close to the footer I have a cookie policy I created for my visitors and I must have created it wrong because I want it to be a single page that later on I would add as a link to other pages (most likely in the footer and header) but some how when I published the content it showed up on every page on the site. Could someone tell me if I created some sort of loop or accidently created a default action? Id like to remove this quickly thanks!
