• I am getting an error and can’t figure it out. The error log says premature end of script headers: index.php. It does not happen everytime but each time that a page takes a long time to load I can check the error log and find this error for that time. It also seems that once that page loads pages will load fine for awhile until the blog hasn’t been visited and then it will do it again. I would really like to get this fixed and have no clue what to do. Could it be a server problem? Also sometimes when this error occurs I will get a 500 internal server error.

  • Try switching to the default them and see if that resolves the problem. It it does, then there’s a problem in one of your theme template files.

If I have pages in my blog that have a template file that is not in the new theme that I switch to and then I switch back to my old theme are they still going to be assigned the right template file?

    can someone please help

Yes, after switching back to your old theme the chosen template for a page will still be assigned. I am talking about the template you assign to a page after writing it; the one you select in the scrollbox at the right side, under mother etc. I just tried it in my test environment. Switching back to the default theme and then back to my own theme. Of course you always could do a backup before.
