HELP : Problem with URL rewriting

I’ve got a problem with URL rewriting.
In your example, we have : https://demo.enigmaweb.com.au/wp-catalogue/
If I click on “Irises”, I’m going to this page : https://demo.enigmaweb.com.au/wpccategories/irises/
Then, if I click on “Blue Iris”, I’m going to :
https://demo.enigmaweb.com.au/wpcproduct/blue-iris/

What I want is to have these URLs :
– https://demo.enigmaweb.com.au/flowers/irises/ instead of https://demo.enigmaweb.com.au/wpccategories/irises/.
– https://demo.enigmaweb.com.au/flowers/irises/blue-iris/ instead of https://demo.enigmaweb.com.au/wpcproduct/blue-iris/.

I tried to change the code in the plugin, and I arrived to have this URL for the products : https://demo.enigmaweb.com.au/flowers/blue-iris/.
But “irises” is still missing between flowers and blue-iris.
And the caterogies pages have still this type of URL : https://demo.enigmaweb.com.au/wpccategories/irises/.

Obviously, I want this rewrite for SEO reasons.
How can I do this?
