    Yes, have backup, products still not showing after restoring backup so need to find out why it’s happening.
    All plugins and themes are up to date.

    I must suggest that you may need to backup your complete website and wipe out every thing of your cpanel (not database). Install fresh wordpress & woocommerce.

    @hitech,
    Before doing what @muhammad suggested, you might first identify what happened. You said that things went south over the weekend. Was anything updated – plugin, theme, WP, etc??

    @muhammad – I believe that is a bit harsh to do and not necessary at this point.

    OP, I would follow vark’s advice first.

    I think it’s harsh too. Products that were in trash are still there but no published, or drafts. No plugins or WP updated over the weekend. One theme but not the one we’re using.

    @hitech,
    Suggest you use phpmyadmin and look at the posts table, see if the products are in there…

    ok accept my response to be dumb ??

    BTW did you try switching to your default theme?

    @mark,
    Products are there, how do I get them back where they need to be?

    @muhammad, yes.

    have deactivated all plugins that have updated since last Wed, and went back to default theme. Products still missing but are in posts table through phpmyadmin. Now just need to figure out how to get it mapped correctly.

    @hitech,
    Suggest that if you have a full backup pre-problem (code and database), you create a test environment (local or otherwise) using that backup, and see if things are restored. If so, then roll any updates into that test environment, and see if things go south.
