Help putting recent entries in rows

I’m trying to display the 5 most recent blog entries horizontally instead of vertically, then then have the 5 recent after that a row below the top 5.

How would I have to adjust the code/templates?

I can do the initial row of 5, no big deal just, but then adding another row of 5 I can’t figure out
