Help recovering www.ads-software.com account

    Hi. I rarely have to actually log into www.ads-software.com, and apparently haven’t done so in years. My profile is using an email I haven’t had access to for several years. Forgot the password, but password reset is obviously sending to my old email.

    All of the forum threads are about logging into sites I should have control over. Obviously, I have no ftp, admin, or database access to www.ads-software.com to try any of the normal reset options.

    Due to the decentralized, non-commercial properties of www.ads-software.com, there wasn’t any email or form I could fill out to ask for help with this. So, I had to create a new profile in order to ask if there’s a way to recover my old profile.

    Thank you! There should be a pinned forum post or a link somewhere that says “forgot your password and lost access to your email because you haven’t logged in for 10 years?” ??

    It doesn’t really come up that often to make it a sticky. And that email address gets enough spam as it is. ??

    This has been resolved in email with forum-password-resets.

    The old account has be fixed and the new account has been disabled.
