Help regarding wordpress in general options

I was playing with my wordpress site and it goes down ,In settings—>General the site URL was https://www.professional-book-editors.com/wordpress/ and I did change to https://www.professional-book-editors.com/ ,what happened is that I am not able to access the site ..please help
