Help – Server Not Found

I made a few minor edits to some of my pages and then the website stopped working…not a server issue on my end, checked with our IT department – what else could be causing this and how do I fix it? I was adding some trademark signs (?) to the site – could that have caused a problem?

can’t access it through any browser; chrome, firefox, explorer.
