Using the LoginWP, you can set a redirection rule for Admin and shop Manager to redirect to the admin dashboard after logging in and also redirect all other users to the front page. Please refer to this link: https://loginwp.com/article/creating-wordpress-login-redirect-rules/

If you wish for other user not to access the /wp-admin page, you will need other plugin such as https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/remove-dashboard-access-for-non-admins
