Help setting up Pickup Intervals

    Hi – I seem to be unable to configure the plugin to manage the required pickup and pre-ordering options.

    I have got the premium Add Ons. But need to be able to configure:

    Pre-ordering out of hours (currently it says ‘Sorry we are closed’)

    Only order certain items for pickup at certain times of the day – so I can pre-order an evening menu item at any time but cannot order a daytime menu item out of the hours of service of that menu.

    Configure Pickup so during the hours 08:00 to 15:00 multiple pickups can happen at any time but in the evening only one pickup every 5 minutes time slot.

    Hello,

    Thank you for reaching out. Let me try to explain as much as possible.

    Even if pre order is enabled, but the store time for today is already over, it will show you the Store Closed message, but you can still select other dates as per your pre order settings and place the order for any available time of that future date.

    Pre ordering certain items at a specific time – This option is not available with the “Store & Service Hours” addon.

    Order Limits – You can set a specific number of orders per interval, but option like unlimited for some interval and limited for some other interval is not available with the plugin.

    You can create the intervals from Pickup settings under Food Store > Services.

    THank you – is it possible to set different pickup intervals for different pickup slots?

    Obviously a lunchtime sandwich can be available quicker than a main evening meal.

    No, currently there is no option to setup this functionality.
