• I am using a new Theme for a www.ads-software.com and the the RSS feed is not setting up correctly.

I was wondering if someone could help me resolve this so it works properly

The blog feed url is title is incorrect
I posted this link in a browser to see if it was working a

    https://knssconsulting.com/blog-the-journey-begins/feed/rss

and it says ”Comments on: Blog- The Journey Begins…” and no posts.
”Comments on:…” is not the name I set, it was ”The Journey Begins”
Does anyone know how to set that?

Really the price includes support at $47 dollars for the theme? Isn’t that a little low?

Do you guys know where I can hire someone then to fix this, because this issue has been going on for about 2 weeks now and the Theme support has not been able to fix it as of yet.

Because this shouldn’t be that hard I use to work Desktop support and as far as I am aware code is code, or is premium theme code written in a different website coding language that www.ads-software.com community doesn’t know how to translate?

For example css and html aren’t they two different coding languages?

Is that what I am understanding?

No that’s not correct. Like I’ve said before, the issue is that we have no access to premium theme code because we didn’t pay for it.

You can hire someone at https://jobs.wordpress.net/

don’t you just have to go to the website and then right click on the page and then view source?

are those www.ads-software.com developers? I don’t want to run into the same problem that they don’t support premium theme’s.

Ah now I see the confusion. Unfortunately it’s not so simple. For WordPress sites, the HTML and CSS are dynamically generated with PHP code. The PHP code is the stuff that needs to be seen to fix the feeds. It’s not available through view source.

No, that’s not how WordPress development is structured. Those are freelancers. However, you can give them access to your site and the code you bought. It’s just like hiring a developer to design and create your site for you.
