HELP! Site has been hacked, never seen this before

    Last night this site was fine. Today it has been completely screwed with by someone or something. It has a custom theme, whose code seems to be in tact and is chosen under Appearance, but it is not appearing on the site at all. There are multiple blank posts and pages, as you can see there are several “Hello World” posts on the homepage that were all created within the last half hour.

    Has anyone seen this before? What the heck is going on?
