Help Slide in from top html code?

Ok I need a notification bar that will slide in from top about 75px deep . Will be open on loading and then can be closed . But the biggest issue is it needs to be able to take a html code
If you look at site you will see a grey bar with images in that will be in html code That is what needs to be dropped in the plugin slider notiy bar thingy
I just spent nearly a full day sifting throuigh trying to find one that works
