UPDATE: ithemes mail arent working too – https://ibb.co/YWjK87L

Can you please help urgently with this?

    Hi @adityasharma1

Seems like Fluent SMTP is not accepting data from the email template plugin and in ithemes screenshot, there is an SMTP error, could not authenticate means your SMTP is not properly configured.

Change the SMTP plugin and Use Post SMTP, configure it then let me know if this issue is still here.

    Thanks

    Hello

It works, when I send with Sendgrid, but it doesn’t when I choose Zepto mail.

I want to use multiple SMTP, thats why I am using Fluent SMTP.

Any idea what might be going wrong?

I used WP HTML Mail, previously never faced issue, but shifted to here, due to custom CSS and things are well coded, i dont wish to change.

Thanks, let me test it on my staging websites, will get back to you soon.

    Thanks

    Any updates?

    Hope you’re able to recreate.

    @adityasharma1

We have Zoho Mail and we tested it from Zoho and it’s working fine, this will be a site-specific issue or any other plugin conflict, you have to change the SMTP plugin and test it from any other plugin.

    Thanks

    Sorted @haseeb0001

Actually, the default sending email and name was set by your plugin setting, which was a gmail id.
Due to which it showed data not accepted via zepto email.

I made both the values blank and now my multi SMTP is working fine.

Thank you for your time, hope this was optional so that email templates never conflict for sending email datas

@adityasharma1 Great, thanks for the update ??
