HELP: subscribe does not work

I Have a very big problem with this follow plugin.
the people who subscibe does not get subscribed. it seames go go fine, they get this page and all https://www.kal-graphic.dk/subscribe/.
but they never comes on the list with subscribers in wordpress, so they are really never subscribed?
also where can i get shown on the blog numbers of followers
