Help to connect Forms

I have an example code snippet for different TAGS per CF7 form:

You would need to write your on code to make it different lists per CF7 form as this is not a feature that is build into the plugin.

If you are using the MC4WP forms instead of the CF7 integration you can of course set a list per form in the form settings of each form.
