Help to diagnose unexplained discounts?

    I am having an issue on a site where occasional orders are randomly discounting products by $10 each – I can’t find the cause (discount plugin gone awry or ?)– would the logs provided by this plugin potentially tell me where that is coming from?

    Thank you for showing interest in our plugin.

    With the WP Activity Log plugin and this extension you will be able to keep a log of who created the discount coupons, modified them, updated orders etc. So it will definitely give you a better insight of what is happening on your website.

    Here is the list of all the WooCommerce store & product changes the plugin can keep a log of.

    The best way to find out if this helps is to install it and let it run for a few days. I hope it helps you nail down the issue.
