Help to get custom 404 page

Hi,
I am using inove theme in my blog https://www.vijayforvictory.com
I am not able to get the custom 404 page when I visit the page that doesn’t exist.
For example visiting https://www.vijayforvictory.com/abc.html (this abc.html doesn’t exist) is showing blank page instea of custom 404 page came along with inove theme.
My blog is hosted on IIS 6.
Can someone please help me to get the custom 404 page?
