help to intégrateur redirection After form

Hello, I would like to integrate on my page an email form and when you clic to submission, it will redirect to an other website. I download contact form 7 but it says that i need to add script in m’y template and i’m not familiar with this.do you have an other Idea or simple way ? I have the7 theme by the way. Thank you for your help.
