Help! Uninstalling WP & cgi-bin

  • I may need to uninstall WP 2.3.3.(manually installed)and reinstall it again. I know that I have to remove all WP files and corresponding MySql database. But there is also a cgi-bin folder (which is empty) in the folder where I installed WP. It appeared there after I installed WP. I don’t know what is it for, so my question is: should I also remove the cgi-bin folder?
