help – unsure what is causing Garbled tags / info

I am the owner of https://www.newcastlegatesheadelectricians.co.uk
Although i thought everything was ok a collegue recently pointed out that i may have some problems with my site and I am lost as to what is casuing this problem or how to fix it.

When looking over my site via SEO analysis tools (like seoeh.com) my title tag is appx 4000 symbols long and all other data is wrong, i have tried a few other SEO analysis tools and they are all throwing up the same issues.

Anybody have any pointers in the right direction?
