help update wordpress

    Hello,
    I try to set a multi site wordpress with 2 domains. But I have a problem when I try to update one of both domains. I get this message :” The download failed. The destination folder for the file distribution does not exist or is not writable.”
    I think the problem is about permission / owner but I dont know how to fix it. I put 755 on folder and 644 on files but it does not work. Thanks for help and reply.
