Help!! updated Infinity theme and lost data!

    I updated Infinity theme and didn’t see note that I would loose all my website input (it was late, I’m new to WordPress). Is there a way to revert to the older version?? It still has some of the content, but the “projects” part of the theme is gone. It doesn’t even look like the same theme anymore.
